CTRL Z - Undo Your Mistakes Quickly

As a media teacher (and one who does quite a bit of editing as well) having a quick way to "undo" something that I have either done by accident (and don't know what I've done) OR tried something but don't really like it is really important.  The FIRST keyboard shortcut I teach my media students is the "undo" function ->  CTRL Z.  This is definitely my most used keyboard shortcut just for everyday use in Word, Excel, (and all other Office 365 products) in addition to MOST other applications.  The exciting thing is that you can "undo" more than one action - just keep tapping CTRL Z until you get to a point where you've "undone" all of your mistakes.
