TOOLS & FEATURES

  • After you've chosen the subject area or grade level, you can use YouTube videos pre-loaded.
  • Two "class types" can be created:  Classic (student login needed) OR Open (no login required - students access videos using a link - great for elementary students).
  • If using an "Open" account, student nicknames are created so will remain anonymous.
  • If using a "Classic" account, student progress can be tracked through the "Gradebook" tab.

BEST PRACTICE USE

Students Over 13:  If the tracking feature is used, students will need to create an account using the SD72 Microsoft account, however, Parent Consent is necessary.  Students can access "OPEN" classes anonymously.
