XI. Numeracy Framework Committee

The Numeracy Framework Committee meets regularly throughout the school year to develop and refine the numeracy framework and associated resources.

During the 2024-2025 school year, the committee focused on developing the overall structure of the framework, creating the Common Formative Numeracy Assessment (CFNA) package for grades K to 9, and curating three resource samplers for each of primary, intermediate, and middle years. The quality and variety of the tools and resources produced are the result of hours of research, collaboration and appreciative inquiry.

During the 2025-2026 school year, committee members will assist with the implementation of the CFNA, support the integration of Framework resources, and inform the creation of new district resources for teacher and student use.
