Five to Thrive
There are many different and relevant ways to foster and maintain good mental health. As we navigate these difficult times and changing COVID-19 protocols, you may be feeling stressed, worried, or isolated.
Research consistently points to five ways that can help promote a healthy mind. We call these the Thrive 5, and they are simple, easy-to-implement ways to help support your mental health.
The Thrive 5 Are:

- Saying Hi (make social connections)

Mental Health Literacy
Mental Health Literacy is the knowledge and understanding that helps us become responsible, effective and successful in living full and healthy lives. With good mental health literacy, we learn how to take better care of ourselves, our loved ones and our communities.
This is a great website to increase knowledge regarding mental health literacy. It contains curriculum guides, links to magazines and audio resources.
