Microsoft MakeCode Arcade is a free, web-based code editor designed to help students learn coding skills through the creation of retro arcade games. The website includes step-by-step tutorials as well as hints to enhance accessibility for students. By using either block-based coding or JavaScript, students can develop, customize, and share their own games. This interactive platform not only makes learning to code fun and engaging but also aligns with the Applied Design, Science, and Technology (ADST) curriculum by fostering computational thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
