District Wide Access to Canva

ALL of the users in SD72 now have access to the educational version of Canva.  Previously, only educators were able to access this - the version of Canva that provides the same user experience as the pro (paid) version.   Many have been using the free version which has very limited capabilities.

This online app can be accessed from the "My Apps" page.  If accessed this way, the user will automatically be recognized and logged in to the application.  Click on the Edge icon -> My Apps tab -> look for the icon  (you may have to go to the "all apps" tab to see it).  Clicking on it will open up the login window and automatically bypass this and go directly to Canva to your own workspace -> this is determined by the work location.

Users can also access Canva via a web browser by typing in www.canva.com.  Click on "Continue with email".  Type in your SD72 email address.  Single sign-on is enabled so it will automatically recognize your username and open up your workspace in Canva.

If you had a previous account using this email address, all of your designs will be transferred over and will be located in the "personal" team.
