Microsoft My Applications is a webpage that provides users access to specific applications and websites that are used on a regular basis.  You may have noticed if you open Edge browser on a district-issued device, a tab automatically opens up to this website.  We have customized this page according to the user's login.  So, instead of 60+ apps on a screen, you will only be viewing less than 30 (depending on your "user" group).  To date, we've developed customized screens for Educators, Elementary Students, Middle School Students and Secondary Students.

As the Employee Portal which houses the Quick Links will be phased out in the near future, the My Apps page will be the place to access these icons moving forward.  It even allows to user to access many of the apps listed here using Single Sign On.

This is a great shortcut if you are on a SD72 device, BUT you can also take advantage of this if you are accessing these from home.
Just go to:  https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ and use your SD72 email address and password to login.

Customizing Your App Screen

Although we are creating collections for specific users, you may want to customize your app screen to quickly access the apps you access on a regular basis OR you may want to organize your apps in terms of functionality.  This is done by creating a "Collection" of just the apps you use on a regular basis.
This will then be displayed as an additional "link" beside your Apps link.  Additionally, you can hide any of the "collections" you don't want to see and JUST have your own personalized collection displayed.

NOTE:  Students can do this as well.
